Network Support Specialist
Titan General Contractors seeks a dedicated Computer Network Support Specialist to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, testing, troubleshooting,
and evaluating our existing network infrastructure, which includes local area networks (LAN),
wide area networks (WAN), virtual private networks (VPNs), and cloud-based and wireless
network solutions. You will be critical in overseeing our network communication systems,
ensuring efficient performance and reliability through effective point-to-point and path-diverse
routing.
As part of your responsibilities, you will consistently monitor the network infrastructure for
stability, performance, and potential interference issues. Additionally, you will assist in
investigating and mitigating any security incidents to safeguard our network integrity. The role
also requires building, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers to keep oursystems running smoothly. The right candidate should possess at least an associate’s degree in arelevant field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Your work site will be 11 Corporate Hill Dr., Little Rock, AR.
