IT Coordinator

IT Coordinator: Institute protocols for use of IT. Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices. Provide technical support or training for systems & networks. Act as link between end users & higher-level support. Install & configure software & hardware. Monitor system & network performance. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, & data restoration. Maintain licenses & upgrade schedules. Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards & functionality.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Information Technology or Information Technology Management or Computer Science. Must have experience or knowledge in: establishing protocols for use of IT, telecommunication networks, monitoring system & network performance, cybersecurity, info system infrastructure, analyzing the designing of IT infrastructure, & being able to troubleshoot & repair issues.
