TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a full-time, 12-month, benefited position in the 5000 broadband, non-exempt from FLSA (overtime eligible).

SALARY: $40,000+ (dependent on experience) minimum annual salary plus a competitive benefit package including a generous retirement plan and employer paid family health insurance.

JOB SUMMARY: The Supplier Registry Specialist will provide expertise for supplier registration/onboarding and assist with 1099 reporting. Requires research, analysis, reporting and on-going coordination among staff within the NDUS as well as providing customer service to the NDUS and the public regarding supplier setup and administering the guidelines of the Supplier Portal. Must be able to understand the impacts of supplier setup and the data entered, how the setup relates to other areas of PeopleSoft data entry and interfaces with PeopleSoft for transaction processing.

Minimum qualifications: • Associate degree in Business or equivalent education and work experience in a related area. • Minimum two years of delivering quality customer service • Minimum one year of experience in data entry Preferred qualifications: • Previous experience working in supplier or vendor management • Experience working in higher education or state government
