Demand Automation Motion SME, IBM Corporation, Austin, TX: Bring integrated strategy to life with geographies and channel marketing teams, in addition to supporting the performance strategist on nurture and lead routing. Support Go-to-Market motions of brand building, account leading, and technology demand. Enable geography teams, digital sales and channel to execute programs correctly and sell offering successfully. Act as Subject Matter Expert across all elements of the Marketo program. Advocate for operational efficiencies needed to enhance client marketing abilities and reduce time to market. Review metrics, work with performance strategist and channel marketing teams to determine priority business partner need areas. Coordinate with enablement teams to ensure communication to partner channel and support any additional partner product enablement needs. Partner with the Demand Strategist and ensure that they are leveraging the full capabilities of the Marketo engine. Provide feedback from the Demand Strategist and Experience Engine team based on the Infinity loop and Marketo engine for future consideration on enhancements. Contribute to digital sales program training and enablement materials and distribute to Worldwide and Geography stakeholders. Package up campaign assets created by the squad & enable geographic and channel marketing teams on how to execute the program. Submit assets to performance strategists, content strategists and channels team ID for translation. Make recommendations on content localization as applicable. Coordinate with translation manager to track progress through process. Deliver completed localized assets to geographic campaigns and business partner teams for use. Coordinate with Campaign Specialist to translate email strategies into live campaigns, submit copy requests, review and suggest edits. Manage integration between marketing automation and motions. Drive implementation of best-in-class Marketo program.
Utilize: Agile, Six Sigma, Marketing Campaign skills (budget, procurement, brand and advertising), Product Launch Marketing skills, and Reporting Tools.
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Organizational Communication, Business Administration or related (employer will accept five (5) years of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Agile, Six Sigma, Marketing Campaign skills (budget, procurement, brand and advertising), Product Launch Marketing skills, and Reporting Tools.
