Analyze terabyte-scale mfg tooling &eqpt data using big data analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Dremio, Elastic Storage Sys, SQL, &Microsoft Power BI. Collect, process &analyze tooling &eqpt data (End of Line (EOL) testing eqpt, conveyors, dispense/weld controllers, robots, vision cameras,PLC), improve throughput, detect tooling &eqpt anomalies, predict &reduce tooling &eqpt downtime events, automatically notify plant maintenance personnel. Dvlp robust solution frmwks for modeling problems, based on AI, dimensionality reduction, statistical hypothesis testing, &Machine Learning models incl. Gradient Boosting, Artificial Neural Networks, Autoencoders, &Deep Learning, manipulating problem-specific info to tailor algorithms via customized regularization, model architecture &objective function.
