Business Analysts. Conduct research & analysis to resolve business issues arising from various projects by engaging with stakeholders; develop relevant documentation & support UAT process; collaborate with tech teams; SMEs and business stakeholders to define & document end-to-end business/system requirements & processes to support project implementation; communicate with developers to deliver requirements; review business process from end-to-end identity & address operational, financial, and technological risks; use Agile/Scrum methodologies for gathering requirements & organize user stories workshop; prepare process documentation materials to facilitate transition business-as-usual activities & provide post-implementation support; collaborate with tech teams to create SFTP from source dbase to AXIOM to target dbase; ensure tech team is kept informed of all unresolved issues & any other deviations from plans through timely & well documented reporting.
Project Managers. Create & manage project plans that define activities, milestones, RACImatrix, start dates/end dates of activities; coordinate with internal & external Vendor teams to administer processes & procedures & ensure compliance to project goals; conduct periodic risk assessments across all dependent teams & stakeholders to help validate, mitigate, & quantify the impacts of risks; help track time, cost, scope, project resources on a regular basis to provide insights into the budget spent vis-a-vis forecast; prepare status & other reports for the project at a predetermined frequency & analyze project data; coordinate, document, manage communication with stakeholders & participate in various project meetings; analyze project resources to resolve issues & manage communication with senior management to achieve objectives.
Software Developers. Gather and analyze user requirements, design and develop software solutions, modify and test client server applications, evaluate existing and emerging software, full life cycle development to perform sophisticated software engineering jobs. Provide ongoing support for system modification, maintenance, optimization, and prepare documentation. Participate in applications/system design meetings. Meet with clients to resolve ongoing development issues. SAP Consultants. Develop complex reports, interface, conversion, enhancement, form & workflow; deliver & keep track of all project requirements, status and analytics; develop ABAP programs, test, debug functions related to the implementation of SAP modules; follow AMS delivery methodology and ensure all key SLRs are met; track status of all interfaces in ABAP domain, maintain status records ; responsible for requirement analysis, estimation, detailed technical design, feasibility study at an architect level, analyze problems proactively & suggest technical solutions along with unit testing, and code review and support process aspects of the objects; develop interfaces and ensure communication between SAP and non-SAP systems; provide support during project go-live and UAT; perform software installation & upgrades, on-going support of ECC environments. Travel & relocation possible to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
