IT-Applications Support II
This senior level position supports all systems and processes critical to business
operations. Works with application personnel to understand application requirements,
troubleshoot application issues, and install upgrades and patches to existing system with
or without vendor assistance.
Must possess superior computer skills, and be proficient in software applications currently in use by the company. Application Support I must have a minimum of one to three years experience and Application Support II must have minimum of four to eight years experience with business applications in Gaming, Finance, Retail, Human Resources and/or Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of application programming, system architecture, and database design.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences or Business Administration from a four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License
