Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Lead for Conexus Solutions, Inc. - Princeton, NJ, work with developers to plan & deliver on customer requirements throughout development life cycle; keep clients & service teams informed of status, communications requirements to development & service delivery team; improve application; develop, maintain & support appropriate application; configure/customize applications; prototype & illustrate new functionalities; provide recommendations; keep expertise of CRM tools current; work in agile development lifecycle; adhere to comp. ISMS policies.
Requirements: Master of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field; 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of customer relationship management (CRM) experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Required experience including Veeva platform, Veeva applications & its modules; writing and scheduling batch Apex jobs, the development of class frameworks and libraries, creating or modifying the content created on HTML; understanding of Veeva Report Dashboard, Workflows, Veeva Release Management, Force.com, Visualforce, SFDC, Apex, SQL/SOQ, ML, HTML, Eclipse, Java, SOAP & rest techniques, related. DB concepts & Salesforce governor’s limits; proficiency in Veeva activities incl. Creating Cycle Plans, Surveys, Data Change Requests, Roster Management & Coaching Reports, developing profiles, permission sets & Veeva CRM application; National Telecommuting.
